Eva’s Mexican Grill is a family-owned and operated restaurant in the heart of Spring, TX.  With a journey that began in 1981, owner Filemon Arreguin brings decades of experience after having worked in every position and realizing his natural talent in the kitchen. Together with his former business partner, they opened their first restaurant in 1998 and named it after their wives who shared the same first name. After a successful first venture, they took the leap to expand and open a second location in 2014. A change in direction and an evolving vision led to Filemon becoming the sole owner of the Spring location at the end of 2018.
